Refund Policy

Not happy with your first payment? Tell us within 7 days and we will refund it in full.

1. Free trial

Every new user can try the extension free for 7 days before paying anything, so you can make sure it works for you first.

2. First payment

If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

3. Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refundable once the month has started. You can stop renewing at any time, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

4. Payment errors

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, contact us and we will refund the extra payment in full.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@bluroppositegender.com with the email address you paid with and your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, JazzCash or Easypaisa) within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or wallet.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Your license stays active until the end of the paid period and then stops. No further charges are made.
